(1) According to Rule 22, the appeal letter received before the Appellate Tribunal should be checked by the Srestedar if it has been duly registered and the proof of the same should be given to the appellant.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if it is not seen that the procedure has been reached when examining the appeal letter, it shall be returned to the bench after opening the proceedings.
